This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in scheduling tasks across various programs.
• Oversee and report on performance in relation to plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule targets are achieved.
• Offer guidance and insights in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Aid in the development and execution of program plans.
• Create, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules.
• Collaborate on major projects across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other functional areas.
• Monitor plans and schedules while requesting regular updates.
• Identify and resolve issues related to critical paths and network logic conflicts.
• Utilize milestone charts, earned value management, and project management techniques to assess progress and recognize performance discrepancies.
• Align cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and address the root causes of any inconsistencies.
• Contribute to organizational projects and goals while developing solutions to challenges.
• Provide suggestions for training materials and propose enhancements to processes or tools.
• Adhere to DI-MGMT-81861A, the DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide.
• Follow company policies, ethical standards, and business conduct guidelines.
• Usually requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Concepts.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to access information under the relevant program/contract as an authorized U.S. citizen.
• Aerospace & Defense experience is preferred.
