Senior Technical Recruiter – Tech & AI Talent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for various simultaneous senior technical positions — including sourcing, outreach, screening, and managing the pipeline in Airtable.

• Develop and uphold scoring rubrics and screening guides customized for the technical and soft-skill needs of each role.

• Conduct English-language screening calls to evaluate technical expertise, seniority indicators, and cultural compatibility.

• Organize technical assessments (Coderbyte) and oversee the transition from assessment to technical interview and client presentation.

• Identify potential risks early to avoid unnecessary outreach cycles.

• Highlight strong candidates for other available positions when there is a clear and justified match.

• Keep thorough, English-language documentation in Airtable (client-facing notes) and Slack (internal updates for the Recruiting Lead and leadership).

• Handle incoming applications through GoHire and ensure that pipeline stages are up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a consultancy, staff augmentation firm, or digital agency.

• Proficient in English (near-native, C1+) — you will conduct English-language screenings and assess candidate English skills as a critical filter.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for senior engineering positions (backend, AI/ML, full-stack, DevOps, architecture, C-suite roles) — capable of interpreting a job description and recognizing what seniority and technical skills look like on a resume.

• Practical experience managing a recruitment pipeline within a CRM/database tool (Airtable, GoHire, Greenhouse, or similar) — this position prioritizes Airtable.

• Experience in designing or executing technical assessments (Coderbyte or similar platforms) and analyzing results in collaboration with a technical stakeholder.

• Comfortable managing candidate integrity screening — identifying fraudulent profiles, JD-mirrored resumes, and Coderbyte cheating patterns.

• Must be available to work fixed hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
