• Manages the complete recruitment process for the Engineering & Data Team: proactively sourcing, engaging, nurturing, and finalizing a robust candidate pipeline for all vacancies related to gaming positions or new application launches.
• Collaborates with hiring managers on job development, sourcing strategies, interviewing, and closing tactics by role/team; prepares and leads intake meetings with a solid understanding of the talent landscape while ensuring effective internal communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively identifies passive talent using sourcing tools and innovative strategies, applying a personal touch to engage and attract interest in our job opportunities.
• Guarantees that top candidates receive consistent communication and a positive employer brand throughout their recruitment journey.
• Continuously collaborates with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes and metrics.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Available to start immediately.
• Strong passion and expertise in technology and product hiring.
• Familiarity with fast-paced organizations with ambitious goals (startup/scaleup environment).
• Ability to establish genuine business partnerships.
