This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist in determining hiring requirements by analyzing anticipated growth.
• Specify talent needs, source, and pre-screen candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Identify effective strategies for closing offers.
• Provide candidates with essential information to facilitate their decision-making.
• Ideally, possess 3+ years of experience in in-house recruiting.
• Successfully partnered with Engineering Leaders.
• Experience hiring senior backend engineers, full-stack engineers, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership roles.
• Strong advocate for the hiring manager/recruiter relationship.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging qualified candidates.
• Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges.
• Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options.
