Senior Technical Recruiter – RPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates for a diverse array of Technical positions.

• Advance to oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial intake to offer and closure.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders on positions such as Directors, Vice Presidents, Program Managers, Procurement specialists, and Information Technology roles.

• Leverage applicant tracking and talent intelligence systems to maintain candidate pipelines and enhance the candidate experience.

• Quickly adjust to shifts in processes, organizational structure, and recruitment priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in corporate environments.

• Must be adaptable in a dynamic role; will begin as a sourcing and screening recruiter and evolve into a complete recruitment cycle professional.

• Educational requirement: High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

• Familiarity with Taleo and/or Eightfold is a plus.
