• Collaborate closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to grasp hiring goals and synchronize sourcing strategies.
• Continuously build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
• Aid in providing a comprehensive and high-quality candidate experience.
• Employ innovative sourcing methods to engage top talent (e.g., networking, events, marketing, etc.).
• Over 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly focused on sourcing and creatively attracting talent.
• A demonstrated history of effectively sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
• Bonus: Experience in hiring GTM roles (sales, operations, etc.).
• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Background in rapidly growing and quickly scaling start-ups.
