This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Spearhead national business development efforts aimed at enterprise clients with an emphasis on robotics solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at hyperscalers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other prominent technology and construction firms.
• Identify and address key business challenges for clients, positioning robotics offerings as strategic, high-value solutions.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to navigate intricate sales cycles and secure high-value contracts.
• Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals through a performance-oriented, commission-based sales strategy.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies in robotics and automation to refine sales strategy.
• Ensure accurate and thorough CRM records for sales activities, opportunities, and account advancements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, executive briefings, and networking events to enhance market presence and strengthen connections.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Implementation teams to facilitate smooth client onboarding and successful project execution.
• Mentor fellow sales team members while innovating sales strategies and enhancing customer experiences to optimize client satisfaction and profitability.
• At least 8 years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within robotics, automation, software, or SaaS in the construction sector.
• Proven track record of managing executive relationships and successfully closing multimillion-dollar deals.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, paired with exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Industry experience in both technology and construction, with familiarity in tools like Autodesk Revit and consultative sales methodologies seen as advantageous.
• A self-driven, adaptable, and process-oriented leadership style with a strong emphasis on results and client satisfaction.
