Process Automation & Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance current processes across various departments (such as Sales/Customer Support, etc.)

• Minimize manual tasks by utilizing automation tools and AI-driven solutions

• Address technical inquiries in internal communications, including troubleshooting issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and others

• Investigate tools, workflows, and technical solutions to fulfill business requirements

• Develop and implement new processes that boost operational efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate experience in automation, process enhancement, or operations

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for optimizing processes

• Familiarity with no-code / low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and similar tools

• Ability to work independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources

• Strong sense of ownership and self-drive

• Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders and effectively planning and prioritizing personal tasks

• Capable of working with stakeholders and managing personal workload efficiently

• Excellent communicator who can articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences, driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
