Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top talent for AeroVect in a competitive landscape.

• Collaborate closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to grasp hiring goals and align sourcing strategies.

• Continuously build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.

• Play a key role in ensuring a high-quality and comprehensive candidate experience.

• Employ innovative sourcing methods to draw in top talent (e.g., networking, events, marketing, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and discovering creative approaches to attract talent.

• A demonstrated history of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical hardware talent.

• Bonus: Experience in recruiting for robotics and/or autonomy.

• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Experience with rapidly growing and quickly scaling start-ups.
