⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth tech startups based in the US.

• Demonstrated success in filling challenging roles, with proficiency in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and crafting personalized outreach strategies.

• Capability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, leveraging these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.

• Ability to rapidly adapt to new roles and requirements, demonstrating flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Proficient in building trust and serving as a strategic partner throughout the hiring process.

• Strong persistence and a results-driven mindset to navigate challenges, follow up on passive leads, and achieve ambitious outreach goals.
