Senior Technical Recruiter – Contractor

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within high-growth tech startups based in the US.

• Demonstrated success in filling challenging roles, with proficiency in utilizing sourcing tools, conducting market analysis, and crafting personalized outreach strategies.

• Capability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data, leveraging these insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.

• Ability to quickly understand new roles and requirements, demonstrating adaptability, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Proficient at building trust and acting as a strategic partner in the hiring process.

• Strong persistence and a results-driven mindset to tackle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and achieve ambitious outreach goals.
