This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take charge of Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the complete recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, encompassing both technical (engineering) and non-technical positions.
• Act as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with the founding team to comprehend key business requirements and outline ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
• Develop the Recruitment Engine: Assume responsibility for our ATS, enhancing processes to enable a swift, efficient, and data-driven recruiting operation.
• Advocate for the Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador, using your empathy and communication skills to promote our vision and guarantee that every candidate enjoys a world-class experience.
• Discover the Unfindable: Leverage your expertise with platforms such as LinkedIn to proactively seek out and engage "rockstar" talent who are not actively seeking new opportunities.
• Extensive Recruiting Experience: A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency setting.
• Proficient in Passive Sourcing: You must be adept with tools like LinkedIn and possess a proven history of sourcing, engaging, and securing passive, high-caliber candidates.
• Exceptional English Communication & Influence: You are a natural relationship-builder capable of confidently navigating discussions with senior US-based candidates, demonstrating empathy and understanding. A minimum English proficiency level of C1 is required.
• Ownership & Autonomy: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are enthusiastic about the chance to manage a function, implement an ATS, and build from the ground up.
• High-Volume, High-Quality: You have experience juggling a demanding requisition load while upholding a high standard for quality and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Availability: Must be available to work during core hours in the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
• Residing in Colombia (preferably Medellin).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Work remotely from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours a week (no weekends).
• Vacation: 10 business days per year.
• Holidays: 5 National Holidays annually.
