This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
• Facilitate intake meetings and establish hiring strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and specialized platforms.
• Assess and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Oversee the interview process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Foster stakeholder alignment and influence hiring decisions.
• Lead negotiations on offers and engage in candidate closing discussions.
• Deliver market intelligence including compensation benchmarks, talent mapping, and competitor insights.
• Monitor pipeline metrics and uphold ATS hygiene (preferably Greenhouse).
• Continuously enhance hiring processes to improve speed and quality.
• 4 to 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle hiring.
• Experience in hiring for Engineering, AI/ML, Corporate roles, Data, Security, or other technical positions.
• Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with India/US/global hiring practices is a significant advantage.
• Advanced skills in sourcing (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping).
• Experience with ATS systems (preferably Greenhouse).
