This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial intake to offer acceptance, across various corporate, professional, and manufacturing roles.
• Handle a diverse requisition load of 25–30 positions at once, ensuring prompt delivery and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to grasp workforce plans, align recruitment strategies, and promote fair and compliant hiring results.
• Function as a versatile team member, smoothly transitioning between technical, sales, and marketing positions as business needs change.
• Create diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community involvement initiatives.
• Generate and present data-driven talent insights to assist HR and business leaders with market trends, hiring metrics, and workforce planning contributions.
• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience that embodies the client's employer brand and values.
• Work together on HR initiatives such as onboarding, workforce development, retention programs, and DE&I objectives.
• Manage and oversee candidate and requisition information across various systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS).
• Lead or participate in job fairs, university relations, and on-site hiring events to attract and secure top talent.
• Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance, process optimization, and best practices within HR frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in technical, IT, or high-volume manufacturing settings.
• Proven success in managing 25–30 active requisitions across various disciplines.
• Experience recruiting for design, technical, software, automotive, and engineering talent is preferred.
• Established ability to influence and serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, demonstrating a strong focus on action and results.
• Recognized as a committed collaborator who thrives in team settings and possesses an inherent curiosity to learn and enhance processes.
• Proven success in partnering with business leadership to develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting methodologies.
• Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
