Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process — from intake and sourcing to screening, interviews, offers, and closing — with personal responsibility for each hire.

• Seek out top talent — actively identify and attract the top 10% of technical professionals, including those who may not apply on their own.

• Collaborate with hiring managers across our locations to articulate what 'excellent' looks like and facilitate decisive, timely hiring choices.

• Source candidates from the passive market using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/X-ray search techniques, referrals, and competitor talent mapping.

• Create talent pipelines in anticipation of demand and identify talent in new regions as we expand through acquisitions.

• Engage with industry communities (CETA, NSF, NEBB) and the wider field-service and skilled-trades networks.

• Uphold our company culture — evaluate candidates based on our core values and promote individuals who will excel as owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in hiring technical, field-service, skilled-trades, or engineering professionals.

• Proven expertise in sourcing — you successfully engage busy, employed candidates.

• A keen ability to identify top talent and effectively communicate the appeal of a mission-driven, employee-owned culture.

• Experience in partnering with hiring managers, preferably across multiple or field-based locations.

• Bonus: familiarity with field service, calibration/metrology, controlled environments, life sciences, or medical devices.
