This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for a diverse range of roles.
• Collaborate with founders and functional leaders to outline hiring strategies, organizational design, and headcount planning.
• Create high-quality candidate pipelines for both specialized technical roles and essential business positions.
• Formulate innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive, top-tier candidates across various disciplines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, leveling, and compensation structures.
• Ensure a premier candidate experience—from initial contact through to hiring closure.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
• 5-10 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, encompassing both technical and non-technical hiring, including global recruitment across various regions and markets.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for diverse roles **and** functions (from Rust engineers to business development leads).
• Strong knowledge of technical positions (systems, infrastructure, backend) with the capability to evaluate talent depth.
• Equally adept at hiring for business-oriented roles.
• Outstanding sourcing abilities—particularly for passive and elusive candidates.
• Proven track record as a closer, successfully securing high-caliber, competitive talent.
• High level of ownership and autonomy; you function as a builder, not merely a coordinator.
• Excellent judgment and intuition regarding talent, cultural fit, and long-term alignment.
• Background in high-growth startups or environments transitioning from zero to one.
