This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist in defining hiring requirements by analyzing anticipated growth.
• Establish talent needs, while sourcing and prescreening candidates.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
• Develop strategies for successfully closing offers.
• Provide candidates with essential information to aid in their decision-making.
• Ideally possess 3+ years of experience in in-house recruiting.
• Successfully partnered with Engineering Leaders.
• Experience hiring senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, and engineering leadership roles.
• Strong advocate for fostering the hiring manager/recruiter relationship.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging qualified candidates.
• Creative and resourceful when it comes to problem-solving.
• Meaningful equity compensation provided through ISO options.
