Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with growing companies to enhance their technical and product teams.

• Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers as an integrated talent partner who comprehends team objectives and propels searches forward.

• Ensure candidates experience an exceptional, clear, and engaging hiring process.

• Assist startups with customized and adaptable recruiting strategies.

• Oversee recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions as required.

• Function within Slack-based workflows across internal teams and client environments.

• Identify passive candidates using advanced methods and technical networks.

• Facilitate technical evaluations and structured interview methodologies.

• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation structures, and market dynamics.

• Manage multiple urgent searches concurrently while maintaining high productivity.

• Conduct outplacement sessions for employees who have been laid off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience within a SaaS-focused organization.

• More than 2 years specializing in technical positions such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and Product Managers.

• Ability to recruit across non-technical areas, including operations, sales, and leadership roles.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools regularly; capable of naming tools, illustrating real-world applications, and showcasing enthusiasm for their potential.

• A data-driven approach using metrics and insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Highly driven and capable of managing multiple high-priority searches in fast-paced settings.

• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership teams.

• Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and providing a seamless candidate experience.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

• Previous in-house recruitment experience at a technology company.
