Senior Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Collaborate with growing companies to enhance their technical and product teams.

• Oversee recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions as required.

• Function within Slack-based workflows across internal teams and client environments.

• Identify passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and technical networks.

• Administer technical evaluations and structured interviewing processes.

• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market conditions.

• Manage multiple urgent searches concurrently with exceptional productivity.

• Conduct outplacement sessions with employees affected by layoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience in a SaaS environment.

• At least 2 years focused on technical roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, and Product Managers.

• Ability to recruit across non-technical areas, including operations, sales, and leadership roles.

• Proficient in using AI tools regularly; capable of identifying tools, explaining their applications, and demonstrating enthusiasm for their functionalities.

• Data-driven approach utilizing metrics and insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Highly driven and adept at managing several high-priority searches in dynamic environments.

• Strong collaborative skills with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership teams.
