📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive searches across the engineering organization, managing everything from intake to offer while collaborating closely with sourcers, coordinators, and hiring teams.

• Serve as a strategic ally to hiring managers, providing guidance on role definition, search strategies, market realities, and funnel expectations.

• Utilize data to assess and enhance search processes, swiftly adjusting strategies as necessary to expedite progress.

• Develop top-tier talent pipelines through focused sourcing techniques.

• Ensure that every search adheres to a structured, inclusive process that elevates the hiring standards and enhances consistency across teams.

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-focused environments (either in-house or a combination with agency).

• Extensive experience in hiring for engineering positions.

• Function as a business partner, utilizing market insights and data to assist hiring managers in making better and quicker decisions.

• Deconstruct complex searches into straightforward plans, identifying bottlenecks and proactively suggesting solutions.

• Manage multiple searches systematically, balancing high volume with meticulous attention to detail and reliable execution.

• Think innovatively about sourcing to attract and engage top technical talent.

• Prioritize operational excellence, with a focus on continually refining workflows and minimizing friction for candidates and stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively and confidently, whether aligning with hiring managers or guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
