• Proficient in German & English: You will handle intricate enterprise client discussions in German and collaborate with our global, distributed team in English.

• Over 5 Years of SaaS Implementation Experience: You have a solid history of overseeing and executing complex, technical enterprise SaaS project lifecycles from onboarding to growth, preferably within retail, publishing, or marketing technology.

• Technical & Commercial Insight: You are well-versed in project management tools (Agile, Asana, Jira) and have a strong grasp of HTML, design tools, analytics, APIs, and custom integrations to effectively define technical client needs.

• AI-Driven Execution: We do not expand our workforce to address manual challenges. You should have a proven history of operating in an AI-first manner, utilizing generative AI tools to hyper-personalize communications, automate project documentation, summarize meeting information, and enhance your delivery speed.
