Senior Technical Project Manager – Media Solutions, VidiNet, BMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate customer projects and programs.

• Administer project scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and communication with customers.

• Facilitate project governance, status updates, and Steering Committee meetings.

• Direct the requirements gathering process and assist in defining scope and managing change requests.

• Ensure that business requirements align with technical execution.

• Take ownership of delivery KPIs including: Forecast accuracy, revenue forecasting and realization, utilization, project profitability/PS margin, and delivery performance.

• Guide and mentor Professional Services Engineers and Project Managers.

• Assist in recruitment, coaching, performance evaluation, and team development.

• Promote operational excellence and encourage continuous improvement across delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or leadership within Professional Services.

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects that are customer-facing.

• Experience in managing direct reports and delivery teams.

• Background in media, broadcast, Media Asset Management (MAM), or content management sectors.

• Strong knowledge of: Software delivery methodologies, technical integrations and cloud environments, scope and change management, forecasting, and operational KPIs.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).

• PMP certification is highly desirable.
