Senior Technical Project Manager, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of telecommunications software and platform implementation initiatives.

• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for all project-related communications.

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.

• Convert customer requirements, high-level designs, and integration specifications into actionable delivery strategies.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, architecture, DevOps, and delivery teams.

• Provide clear and professional status updates to both customer-side and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure timely delivery that adheres to scope and aligns with agreed-upon expectations.

• Contribute to project success in a challenging telecommunications and infrastructure setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical projects within telecommunications, software delivery, telco cloud, virtualization, infrastructure, or platform integration.

• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities, particularly with major telecommunications providers or enterprise clients.

• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, architecture, DevOps, and delivery.

• Ability to translate customer needs, high-level designs, integration specifications, and technical dependencies into concise project plans.

• Strong capabilities in risk and issue management.

• A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Ideally, familiarity with technologies such as VMware or similar virtualization platforms, Red Hat OpenStack, OpenShift, Wind River platforms, telco cloud, cloud-native infrastructure, or similar enterprise infrastructure environments.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
