This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee all stages of projects in accordance with the Specright Implementation Methodology.
• Lead resources and customers to deliver impactful solutions that foster highly referenceable accounts, ensuring strong adoption, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
• Successfully navigate complex and politically sensitive customer environments to facilitate decision-making and achieve desired outcomes.
• Serve as a Solution Consultant to support discussions throughout the project lifecycle, including active involvement in requirements gathering sessions.
• Apply Project Management principles to develop comprehensive implementation plans, including defining scope, deliverables, dependencies, duration estimates, risk identification and mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Clearly communicate project boundaries to customers and negotiate collaborative plans that maintain the project's schedule, timeline, and scope.
• Adopt a customer-centric approach, demonstrating a genuine commitment to creating and delivering exceptional value and experiences.
• Work closely with the Specright team to proactively identify additional customer needs and potential upsell opportunities.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing and expanding our team's knowledge and service offerings.
• Provide training and mentorship to new Project Managers within the team.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment related to Salesforce.com.
• Relevant industry experience in Salesforce Consultancy, Food and Beverage, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey implementation goals, project boundaries, and guide projects towards successful outcomes for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to establish credibility and trust with customers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating technical knowledge of the solution and project management expertise.
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives regarding project status and addressing challenging topics to reach mutual resolutions.
• Proven experience managing highly complex Enterprise software projects.
• Familiarity with Certinia (formerly Financial Force) project management practices.
