This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete onboarding and implementation process for new enterprise clients.
• Manage onboarding and implementation projects starting from the signed contract to the go-live phase and handoff to Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
• Coordinate the deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom alongside implementation engineers.
• Assist customers in setting up technical integrations for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Conduct kickoff meetings and facilitate ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams.
• Address issues in real time and escalate them to engineering or leadership when necessary.
• Collaborate with CSMs on strategies for adoption and increasing active user engagement.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking for multiple concurrent accounts using Asana and Microsoft Planner.
• Convert integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, and API functionalities into understandable terms for stakeholders.
• Utilize agentic AI tools and technology-driven workflows to enhance implementation efficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of project management experience in delivering intricate technical implementations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements without compromising quality or responsiveness.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.
• Technical knowledge to collaborate directly with engineers.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks, including Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems.
• A working knowledge of or strong interest in agentic AI tools and process automation.
• Exceptional communication skills across executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups.
• Experience with Boomi, XPATH, or other enterprise integration platforms is a significant advantage.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a bonus.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
