IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee established project plans and timelines while tracking progress.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.

• Ensure project objectives align with company goals and clarify aims for project teams.

• Drive the identification and resolution of issues.

• Oversee project scope, risk management, and documentation.

• Administer budgets and allocate project resources effectively.

• Facilitate and troubleshoot intricate systems, coordination, development, and design projects.

• Deliver and deploy technology solutions as per project deliverables when necessary.

• Safeguard the company’s intellectual property and maintain customer data privacy.

• Mentor, guide, and support team members.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience as a project leader.

• Strongly preferred operational experience in a hospice setting.

• Preferred experience in hospice, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, managed care, or other relevant healthcare services industries.

• Familiarity with project management applications and principles.

• Understanding of resource allocation, budgeting, and coordination of personnel and resources.

• Ability to prioritize various tasks and projects effectively.

• Capability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comprehension of the company’s products, technologies, sales strategies, and internal business operations.

• Ability to maintain patient information confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.

• Ability to perform computer-based tasks for prolonged periods.

• Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
