Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute projects that range from low to medium and high complexity, risk, and visibility.

• Oversee regional projects and local implementations.

• Serve as a local or regional resource for Regional or Global projects.

• Implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes such as PMP, OPPM, Prince2, and Six Sigma.

• Define, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects.

• Develop and maintain project plans utilizing BCD Travel’s project management software.

• Request and verify resources assigned in accordance with project scope.

• Set up communication strategies and call schedules with project teams.

• Keep sponsors and stakeholders updated on project progress.

• Complete project-related assignments accurately and punctually.

• Manage project risks and act as a point for escalation and decision-making.

• Facilitate decision-making processes regarding escalations.

• Lead conference calls and ensure project plan updates are maintained.

• Distribute notes from meetings.

• Attend to client needs and ensure Operations teams can meet them.

• Represent Operations teams in project calls and communications.

• Lead or engage in management-level strategy discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive understanding of Operations agent-facing technology and operational processes.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the scope of service provided by Operations.

• A Master’s degree in business administration, business, or a related field, or a U.S. equivalent foreign degree, is required.

• A minimum of one year of experience in project management, account management, or business analysis.

• Experience must encompass forecasting, market analysis, reporting analysis, and conducting business reviews.

• General familiarity with the internal technology utilized by BCD Travel.
