This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Act as the principal client-facing representative for Corrigo and other variable technology implementation initiatives, adapting to multiple clients and time zones across the US and EMEA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the requirements documentation meets their needs, applying SDLC principles throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Execute high-quality project management with robust governance, comprehensive documentation, and effective communication (including project framework, minutes, status updates, risk management plans, and steering meetings).
• Maintain oversight of project scope and budget during delivery.
• Drive financial forecasting metrics such as project forecasts, burn down reports, estimates to completion, and weekly timecard analysis against planned hour forecasts.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and risks associated with programs and projects.
• Ensure that project documentation is thorough and provides essential metrics for client leadership to make informed decisions.
• Organize regular meetings with end users across different regions and time zones to evaluate adoption, pinpoint pain points, and create strategies to enhance user experience and promote adoption.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives to ensure tools continually evolve to enhance end user experience and adoption.
• Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders, employing a consultative approach and sharing insights on best practices and market trends to aid in stakeholder decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in technology project management.
• Required: Experience with IWMS.
• Required: A solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong client-facing abilities, with the flexibility to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently across US and EMEA time zones.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage various stakeholders.
• Proactive and situational leadership skills in both people and project management.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Must be an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable owner.
• Experience in large global organizations with complex technical environments and familiarity with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors.
• Strong customer focus, demonstrating an ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.
• Ability to operate independently with general guidance.
