This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Lead the comprehensive implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP Concur (Travel & Expense and/or Invoice) platforms.
• Design and supervise technical integrations between Concur and related systems, including HRIS feeds (Workday), core ERP/GL systems (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and corporate card programs (Amex/Visa).
• Propel the technical unification of various finance and expense systems following mergers.
• Oversee complex data migrations, including the reconciliation of historical expense data, current reports, employee master profiles, and hierarchical approval workflows.
• Ensure complete alignment and accuracy across legal entities, General Ledger (GL) mapping, and employee data feeds.
• Maintain relationships with SAP Concur Deployment Consultants and Professional Services, holding third-party partners rigorously accountable to milestones, technical quality, and SLAs.
• Develop and present program status updates, risk mitigation strategies, and key milestones to Executive Steering Committees.
• Collaborate with business leaders to create, launch, and manage enterprise-wide communication, training frameworks, and super-user networks across a widely distributed US employee base.
• Serve as the technical liaison for Controllers, AP, Tax, Travel, Internal Audit, and compliance teams.
• 12+ Years of Technical Program Management: A demonstrated track record of executing large-scale, enterprise financial technology transformations.
• End-to-End SAP Concur Deployment: Directly managed at least one complete lifecycle SAP Concur rollout, migration, or expansion.
• M&A Financial Consolidation: Proven expertise in merging distinct finance or expense platforms with an emphasis on data governance and system cutovers.
• Domain Fluency: Strong comprehension of corporate Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable (AP), tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Vendor Accountability: Experience managing SAP Concur professional services teams within strict delivery timelines.
• Executive Presence: Highly refined communication skills suited for senior steering committee settings.
• US Shift Alignment: Capability to work exclusively during US business hours to support a US-based stakeholder community.
