This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Ensure that all requirements for NPI test projects are precisely captured, validated, and transformed into actionable plans.
• Lead NPI test project tasks to successful completion, maintaining adherence to schedules, quality standards, and project scope.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal and external customers throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
• Review and confirm project timelines with functional managers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address and prioritize technical bugs and feature requests.
• Oversee GCTD test resource capacity and time tracking for all NPI initiatives.
• Provide clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in project management or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), as well as email communication skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in working within multi-site and multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, up to 25-30% as needed.
