This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the TPM strategy for Outreach's Finance systems portfolio encompassing ERP, procurement, expense management, and financial operations tools.
• Oversee comprehensive program management for large-scale Finance system projects, which includes tracking milestones, mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Create and implement project plans that involve multiple teams and systems while addressing delivery hurdles.
• Adjust project scope and realign delivery expectations as business requirements evolve.
• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and confirm Finance workflow readiness prior to production launch.
• Establish communication rhythms at the program level for executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders.
• Tackle complex delivery challenges that involve Finance, IT, and external suppliers.
• Set up QA checkpoints, integration planning methodologies, and change management protocols.
• Provide guidance on tooling choices, integration strategies, and platform alternatives.
• Promote TPM best practices and contribute to frameworks for cross-team execution and a culture of delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations leadership to drive project delivery and influence system strategy.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management.
• At least 2 years of experience working with enterprise finance systems or ERP platforms.
• Proven experience leading ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions, such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Capability to manage evolving requirements in environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in uniting Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams around common delivery objectives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise system architecture, data flows, and integrations.
• Skill in converting business requirements into technical specifications while proactively identifying risks.
• Experience in coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Finance-adjacent platforms like Concur, Workday, or ZipHQ is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in defect/issue tracking tools such as Jira.
• Ability to manage several workstreams concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• A self-starter who identifies quality and delivery risks proactively.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment is preferred.
