Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operational dynamics within Product & Engineering.

• Facilitate the daily execution of our software development lifecycle, ensuring teams remain aligned while maintaining high speed.

• This role is highly cross-functional, demanding exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to merge strategic thinking with precise execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Engineering Operations, or a related role supporting software engineering teams.

• Proven success in leading execution across multiple engineering teams in a rapidly growing technology organization.

• Deep understanding of contemporary software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Git-based development workflows, CI/CD, and software release processes.

• Experience overseeing technical programs from planning through to delivery, managing dependencies, resolving impediments, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

• Ability to collaborate with highly technical engineering leaders while effectively engaging with Product, Design, QA, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

• Outstanding organizational abilities to juggle numerous concurrent initiatives without losing attention to detail.

• Strong judgment skills with the capability to balance competing priorities and assist teams in making informed tradeoffs.

• Demonstrated capacity to enhance engineering processes and operational efficiency without imposing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical work into clear updates for a diverse audience of stakeholders.

• Highly proactive and self-motivated. You anticipate issues before they escalate into blockers and create systems that enable teams to function more effectively.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced startup atmosphere where priorities shift rapidly and ambiguity is commonplace.
