This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Overseeing the comprehensive execution of networking product initiatives.
• Partnering with program managers and engineering leaders to outline project plans and determine resource requirements.
• Creating and maintaining program schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks across various projects.
• Leading issue resolution efforts and managing program risks along with mitigation strategies.
• Conducting regular program review sessions with stakeholders.
• Advocating for and implementing best practices in product lifecycle management.
• Offering guidance and mentorship to a cross-functional team.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management.
• At least 3 years dedicated to complex system-level products (such as processors, servers, or networking solutions).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, hardware/software integration, and the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications are advantageous.
