Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process involving Engineering, AI, and Product teams.

• Create and implement operating rhythms, delivery procedures, and accountability structures.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.

• Oversee delivery for multiple simultaneous customer implementations.

• Proactively identify obstacles, timeline risks, resource limitations, and delivery challenges before they escalate into critical issues.

• Act as the primary source of information regarding delivery status throughout the organization.

• Develop scalable program management processes that enhance organizational effectiveness while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or similar delivery-oriented leadership positions.

• Proven track record of success in dynamic startup environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing technically complex projects that involve distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, cloud-native architectures, customer-facing products, or other intricate software settings.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions related to architecture, infrastructure, system design, APIs, data flows, cloud platforms, and engineering trade-offs.

• Outstanding ability to influence senior leaders, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders without having direct authority.
