This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of complete project execution: plan, schedule, and ensure delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle, while balancing constraints and collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
• Develop and sustain project plans, monitor milestones, and proactively address risks, issues, and trade-offs, providing clear updates to stakeholders along with suggested solutions.
• Act as the PMO lead for the ML's agentic platform and customer-facing products—implementing a structured approach for the development, testing, deployment, and operation of AI agents within MeridianLink’s agentic framework.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to integrate AI into every phase of the SDLC: requirements (AI-assisted grooming agents), development (co-pilot and Claude Code standards), testing (test-driven development metrics), and release (zero-downtime deployment, feature flag governance).
• Establish and continuously enhance team processes to boost quality and productivity through process definition, education, and ongoing refinement.
• Facilitate lightweight agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) and promote continuous improvement through retrospective evaluations.
• Utilize tools such as Jira (and related reporting) to support teams and ensure visibility into progress, capacity, and delivery health. Foster alignment between product and engineering for AI initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management within a software engineering organization, including a minimum of 2 years in an AI, ML, or platform transformation environment.
• Proven track record in managing AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization programs—demonstrating not just awareness, but true ownership of delivery.
• Proficiency in AI-driven SDLC concepts: AI-assisted requirements, co-pilot/code generation tools, test automation, agentic deployment, and observability.
• Capability to convert engineering complexities into executive-level narratives and vice versa; strong stakeholder management skills across CTOs, VPs, and individual contributors.
• Experience in managing programs that involve multiple scrum teams, including organizations with significant offshore components.
• Proficient with program/project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) and knowledgeable about engineering metrics (DORA, SPACE, or comparable frameworks).
• Comprehensive insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability)
• Flexible paid time off
• Paid holidays
• 401(k) plan with company match
• Remote work
