Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Translate projects, initiatives, and quarterly objectives into comprehensive technical specifications and execution strategies.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to create, test, and deploy high-quality features.

• Manage technical product documentation, user stories, and oversee release management from start to finish.

• Utilize SQL and data analysis to establish KPIs, validate hypotheses, and track product performance.

• Continuously conduct A/B tests and experiments, fostering learning loops from concept to measurable results.

• Ensure alignment among engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through effective communication and strict prioritization.

• Proactively identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early on, managing them effectively.

• Demonstrate urgency and ownership in an environment with shifting requirements and constraints.

• Work alongside data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field (mandatory).

• Profound technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.

• Strong SQL proficiency and the ability to independently query and interpret data.

• 6–10 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering complex products from conception through iteration.

• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments with significant engineering collaboration.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—whether personally, professionally, or ideally, both!

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions with incomplete information.

• Analytical and structured thinker who can convert technical complexities into actionable strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—capable of engaging effectively in both engineering standups and executive reviews.
