Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert projects, initiatives, and quarterly goals into comprehensive technical specifications and execution strategies.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to create, test, and deploy high-quality features.

• Take ownership of technical product documentation, user stories, and manage the release process from start to finish.

• Utilize SQL and data analysis to establish KPIs, validate assumptions, and track product performance.

• Continuously conduct A/B tests and experiments, fostering learning loops from conception to measurable results.

• Ensure alignment among engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through effective communication and strict prioritization.

• Proactively identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early on—and manage them effectively.

• Work with a sense of urgency and accountability in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and constraints.

• Partner with data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (mandatory).

• Profound technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data flows.

• Strong SQL proficiency and the ability to query and interpret data autonomously.

• 6–10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated success in developing and launching complex products from inception to iteration.

• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments that require extensive collaboration with engineering teams.

• Practical experience with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—whether personally or professionally, or ideally both!

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and make informed decisions with incomplete information.

• Analytical and structured thinker capable of translating technical complexities into actionable strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to engage effectively in both engineering standups and executive reviews.
