Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Transform projects, initiatives, and quarterly objectives into comprehensive technical specifications and execution strategies.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to create, test, and launch premium features.

• Take ownership of technical product documentation, user narratives, and complete release management.

• Utilize SQL and data analysis to establish KPIs, validate assumptions, and track product performance.

• Continuously conduct A/B tests and experiments, fostering learning cycles from concept to measurable results.

• Ensure coordination among engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through effective communication and stringent prioritization.

• Proactively identify technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early on and manage them effectively.

• Act with urgency and responsibility in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and constraints.

• Work alongside data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into product workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (mandatory).

• Profound technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.

• Strong SQL proficiency and the ability to query and interpret data autonomously.

• 6–10 years of product experience, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-driven products.

• Demonstrated history of developing and delivering complex products from initial concept to iteration.

• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments with significant engineering collaboration.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—whether personally, professionally, or both!

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions with partial information.

• Analytical and structured thinker capable of converting technical complexities into executable plans.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to engage effectively in both engineering standups and executive reviews.
