Senior Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product lifecycle for one or more essential platform capabilities.

• Work collaboratively across various functions, including engineering, architecture, and product teams, to gain a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements and business context.

• Lead the process of gathering requirements, documenting them, and prioritizing them for foundational services and systems.

• Convert intricate business and technical concepts into straightforward product narratives and development plans.

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and maintainable from the outset.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, performance, and efficiency.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders, balancing immediate delivery with the long-term vision for the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry.

• PO/PM Certification.

• Pragmatic Marketing Certification.

• Familiarity with Payment Integrity Solutions.
