Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the Product Development process.

• Convert cutting-edge AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) into production-ready workflows.

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists during debugging sessions, design reviews, and brainstorming to provide clarity and remove obstacles.

• Pay attention to details: from model evaluation metrics to API contracts, you’ll possess enough knowledge to ensure product quality and performance.

• Take ownership of the Roadmap & Execution.

• Prioritize effectively, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.

• Define, scope, and deliver features end-to-end in rapid iterations.

• Drive features to completion—eliminating blockers, making quick trade-offs, and working diligently to achieve delivery.

• Gain Customer & Market Insight.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to understand real user interactions with our platform and identify areas of friction.

• Transform complex customer workflows into streamlined technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management or technical leadership experience in SaaS/AI/ML products.

• Strong technical fluency—you have a solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and can participate in technical design discussions with engineers.

• Proven ability to debug, solve problems, and make informed choices in ambiguous situations.

• Entrepreneurial spirit: you're comfortable with incomplete information, swift pivots, and working diligently to deliver value.

• Unwavering attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality, production-ready systems.

• Bonus Points: Previous experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or in a highly technical role.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks, ML pipelines, or workflow automation.

• Experience in early-stage startups where speed and ownership are paramount.
