Senior Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect requirements and establish goals, priorities, and timelines.

• Compose comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• Work in tandem with engineers and designers to create high-quality product features from inception to launch.

• Prioritize backlog tasks, oversee dependencies, and facilitate decision-making regarding trade-offs.

• Recognize technical risks and partner with engineers to address complex challenges.

• Define, monitor, and analyze product and system metrics to guide strategic direction.

• Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to fostering a collaborative, high-performing product culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or similar roles.

• Proven track record of managing a product from inception to launch.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and translating technical concepts for stakeholders.

• Skilled in managing client expectations and juggling multiple competing priorities.

• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• User-focused with a technical perspective, capable of balancing user needs and engineering trade-offs.

• Experience in defining product metrics.

• Familiarity with agile environments and distributed teams.

• Proficient with Linear (our preferred tool) or Jira.
