Senior Technical Product Manager, AI Engineering – Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the customer-focused Agentic AI product utilizing LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.

• Establish the strategy for consolidating prompts onto a cohesive platform.

• Manage the technical prioritization queue for chatbot initiatives.

• Monitor voicebot and computer usage to inform investment choices.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, data, operations, and various teams to ensure successful execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a technical capacity such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a related role at a dynamic startup.

• A strong passion and inquisitiveness for AI systems, including contemporary LLMs, among others.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.

• In-depth knowledge of API design and system architecture.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing data for insights.
