This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with AI Product leadership to define and advance the multi-horizon roadmap for the NAVEX AI platform, encompassing primitives, runtime infrastructure, orchestration, governance, and release controls.
• Convert platform strategy into prioritized capability requirements, platform backlogs, and delivery milestones that align with adoption and platform scalability.
• Oversee the execution of platform initiatives, ensuring that roadmap priorities evolve into dependable, production-ready platform capabilities.
• Work alongside application teams and AI product managers to transform workflow and experience needs into reusable AI platform capabilities.
• Recognize and prioritize shared platform capabilities that drive AI innovation across NAVEX products while maintaining platform integrity and reusability.
• Manage the platform capability backlog and coordinate delivery among engineering teams to guarantee that new capabilities are launched as extensible platform services.
• Establish requirements for AI runtime behavior, including execution reliability, scaling, tenant isolation, context assembly, and policy-aware interactions.
• Create orchestration primitives, intent interpretation frameworks, and safe tool invocation patterns that enable application teams to develop workflow-level AI and agent-assisted experiences.
• Define standards for observability, evaluation, and governance, including execution tracing, telemetry, auditability, and evaluation-gated releases.
• Foster cross-functional alignment among engineering, security, compliance, data, and product teams, ensuring that platform capabilities scale safely across the NAVEX product portfolio.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical product management, with a minimum of 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML environments.
• Proven experience delivering platform products utilized by multiple product teams or services.
• Strong grasp of LLM-based and agentic systems, including runtime design, context assembly, orchestration patterns, and tool-using architectures.
• Experience in translating architectural capabilities into product outcomes and promoting platform adoption.
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk management principles in enterprise settings.
• Capability to define measurable success criteria for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional delivery among engineering, product, security, and compliance teams.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical systems into product and executive narratives.
• Comfort in operating within iterative, telemetry-driven AI product development cycles.
