This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define and implement product strategy, vision, and roadmaps that align with program objectives.

• Gain insights into customer needs, behaviors, and challenges to identify areas for product enhancement.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring engineering teams concentrate on high-value initiatives.

• Convert business requirements into precise user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Architecture teams to develop practical technical solutions.

• Analyze customer, operational, and commercial data to support evidence-based product decisions.

• Work alongside stakeholders across Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Customer teams.

• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Assess product performance through KPIs and continuously enhance products based on customer feedback and data insights.

• Balance customer value, business priorities, and technical limitations to optimize product outcomes.

• Deliver digital products as part of a digital transformation initiative aimed at enhancing the customer debt journey in the Energy sector.

• Assist in reducing uncollected debt and preventing customers from accruing debt through improved digital products, services, and proactive measures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products in Agile environments.

• Strong background in managing complex product backlogs and defining product roadmaps.

• Experience utilizing large volumes of customer and operational data to inform product decisions.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management across both technical and business domains.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Strong customer-centric approach with experience in product discovery and problem definition.

• Commercially savvy, with the capability to prioritize competing demands and deliver measurable value.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional delivery teams.

• Highly desirable: significant experience in Debt Management, Collections & Recoveries.

• Highly desirable: experience within Energy & Utilities, especially concerning customer debt, billing, or payment journeys.

• Alternatively, experience in Financial Services or FinTech, particularly in collections, lending, repayments, or credit products.

• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products that enhance financial outcomes or reduce operational debt.
