This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the development process from inception to launch, ensuring that games are completed on schedule and within financial parameters.

• Collaborate with development teams, focusing primarily on engineering and QA, to establish project objectives and timelines.

• Work with key team members to develop an organizational framework, processes, and project plans that enable the team to produce high-quality work effectively.

• Develop and manage project budgets, efficiently allocate resources, and monitor expenses.

• Cultivate relationships with external vendors and partners as necessary.

• Maintain exceptional quality throughout the development phase, supervising testing and ensuring that games adhere to quality standards.

• Recognize potential risks and challenges early in the development cycle and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance development processes and project results.

• Serve as the main communication link for the development team, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or obstacles.

• Effectively communicate goals and team principles to foster a dynamic and enjoyable work environment and culture.

• Collaborate closely with the Game Director to transform creative concepts into actionable development strategies.

• Ensure that the final product aligns with the project's vision and goals.

• Oversee game launches while coordinating marketing initiatives and community involvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior/Lead Producer or Senior/Lead Tech Producer with a history of successful game launches.

• Proven experience in producing engineering and/or tools teams within a game development framework.

• Established background supporting core technology or engine teams, including work on foundational systems, tech debt projects, or platform-level deliverables.

• Proven capability to manage cross-disciplinary efforts, balancing deliverables and dependencies among engineering, art, design, and production concurrently.

• Comfortable overseeing technical workflows: software pipelines, tools development, platform specifications, and backend dependencies.

• Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application within an iterative game development setting.

• Excellent project management abilities, with hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.

• Experience in shipping at least one title on console and PC, with firsthand knowledge of navigating platform requirements, certification processes, and first-party submission protocols.

• Significant experience working within Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to connect technical and creative teams.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

• Passion for gaming coupled with a profound understanding of player preferences and industry trends.
