📋 Description

• Create collaborative positioning, messaging, and value propositions that highlight the benefits of strategic technology partnerships.

• Develop messaging for customers and partners to facilitate the adoption of Obsidian alongside partner platforms.

• Oversee product marketing efforts for collaborative launches, co-marketing initiatives, and significant alliance events.

• Assist with marketplace strategies, co-selling, and integration go-to-market activities through effective positioning, content creation, and enablement.

• Generate solution briefs, pitch presentations, objection-handling resources, and co-branded marketing materials.

• Execute co-marketing programs that yield measurable contributions to pipeline growth and expedite deal closures.

• Manage competitive intelligence by tracking competitor products, architectures, disclosures, and market trends.

• Develop and maintain battlecards, competitive decks, objection handling strategies, and insights on wins and losses.

• Clearly communicate how Obsidian’s architecture addresses challenges that point tools and similar platforms fail to resolve.

• Create narratives around architecture, technical briefs, blogs, webinars, and demos.

• Integrate competitive and market insights into product strategies, alliances, and executive planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product, technical, or partner marketing within the cybersecurity or enterprise software sectors.

• A preferably hands-on technical background.

• Proven experience in developing competitive intelligence and competition strategies.

• Capability to transform competitor analysis and win/loss information into credible positioning.

• Experience in crafting better-together narratives, joint launches, and enablement initiatives with strategic technology partners.

• Familiarity with marketplace strategies, co-selling, and integration go-to-market approaches.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity buyers and the purchasing behaviors of security leaders.

• A strategic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

• Ability to independently write, create, and execute marketing materials.

• Skill in aligning alliances with sales, product, and engineering teams.
