• Create and implement dynamic, hands-on learning experiences that empower Red Hat’s partners to enhance their technical skills and achieve customer impact.
• Deliver advanced technical training on Red Hat’s offerings, with a focus on OpenShift and other key emerging technologies.
• Participate in the design and development of Red Hat’s partner learning materials, ensuring they remain relevant, scalable, and aligned with go-to-market strategies and ecosystem demands.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Product, and Ecosystem GTM teams to design and refine training workshops that reflect business priorities.
• Simplify complex technical subjects into clear and practical learning experiences tailored for diverse partner audiences.
• Utilize post-session feedback, NPS, and readiness metrics to continually enhance content relevance and instructional quality.
• Transform in-person or workshop content into scalable modular formats for wider distribution through Red Hat Learning and partner platforms.
• Work alongside Technical Learning, Ecosystem GTM, and Partner Marketing teams to synchronize technical enablement with partner engagement and specialization strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating instructor-led technical training, preferably for partner or customer audiences in the enterprise technology sector.
• Solid understanding of Red Hat’s offerings, especially OpenShift, RHEL, Automation, and emerging technologies like AI.
• Proficiency in instructional design and delivery methodologies for technical and blended learning approaches.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and storytelling abilities; skilled at simplifying complex concepts and instilling confidence.
• Willingness and capability to explore, utilize, and integrate AI tools throughout the creation, delivery, and maintenance of learning assets.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams.
• Established connections with stakeholders within the Red Hat Partner organization and the Red Hat Ecosystem.
• Experience in managing enablement programs and projects within a matrixed global environment.
• Familiarity with learning management and enablement platforms.
• Understanding of planning frameworks (Product management) and reporting.
• Background in designing or curating content for the partner ecosystem is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in a second language in addition to fluent English is preferred.
