This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior technical and growth partner, aiding in the qualification, capture, and proposal processes for key federal opportunities.
• Facilitate the integration of technical solutions with business growth strategies, collaborating closely with GTM, Capture, Proposal, Delivery, and Engineering teams to create impactful technical approaches.
• Work alongside proposal, pricing, delivery, and engineering teams to synchronize technical and growth strategies.
• Contribute to the development of technical proposal content, architectural approaches, staffing concepts, and solution frameworks.
• Engage in client discussions, technical dialogues, and growth strategy meetings.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout capture and solutioning activities.
• Stay informed about trends in federal civilian acquisition, customer challenges, and emerging technologies.
• Identify capability gaps and provide input for strategic investments, partnerships, or technical enhancements.
• Support the creation of reusable playbooks, technical artifacts, and solutioning frameworks that enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative culture centered on learning, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across Ad Hoc.
• Function as a player/coach during strategic pursuits, assisting in aligning customer needs with scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate across teams with minimal bureaucracy and a high degree of autonomy to influence growth initiatives and solutioning practices.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in technical consulting, engineering, architecture, delivery, or similar technical settings.
• At least 5 years of recent and pertinent experience in federal capture, business development, proposal strategy, sales engineering, or solutioning efforts.
• Proven track record in supporting qualification, capture, and the development of federal government proposals.
• Strong technical foundation with the capability to comprehend and articulate modern technical architectures and solution methodologies.
• Experience in transforming technical capabilities into engaging, customer-focused solution narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of federal procurement environments, evaluation criteria, and acquisition processes.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with GTM, proposal, delivery, and technical teams.
• Ability to strategically navigate fast-paced and evolving growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
