Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Monitor the performance of squad metrics (MAU, GPV, Revenue, conversions), identifying root causes, risks, and opportunities for growth.

• Identify and quantify business opportunities, proposing initiatives that align with the squad's and the commercial team's objectives.

• Design, build, and maintain automated project frameworks.

• Design and lead the operational framework for the agile Growth experimentation cycle.

• Maintain governance over the lifecycle of experiments.

• Develop cross-functional strategic analyses and contribute to building knowledge within the Growth area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open academic background: Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields with a strong analytical focus and demonstrable quantitative ability.

• At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Business Analytics, or Performance roles in complex transactional companies.

• Practical experience executing digital experimentation methodologies.

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing budgets for mass incentives or digital rewards campaigns.

• Agile growth mindset, strong analytical skills, and proactivity in working within cross-functional collaborative teams.
