This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement a B2B, ICP-focused lead generation strategy that aligns with sales goals and business objectives.
• Create and manage a multi-channel go-to-market strategy encompassing digital campaigns, account-based marketing, LinkedIn, email automation, and events to facilitate product launches, significant releases, and strategic partnerships.
• Enhance full-funnel performance through practical execution and optimization, consistently improving pipeline contribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and return on investment.
• Collaborate in the creation and deployment of sales enablement materials, campaign narratives, and competitive positioning resources to enhance win rates and speed up deal closure.
• Assist priority deals and key accounts via targeted campaigns, customized messaging, competitive differentiation, and partner-led initiatives.
• Plan and execute comprehensive event programs, including in-person conferences, roundtables, workshops, webinars, and virtual events that align with strategic growth objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event execution, such as speaker coordination, agenda creation, attendee registration, promotional campaigns, and virtual delivery.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure that event messaging, targeting, and content resonate with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences.
• Implement multi-channel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email automation, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and content syndication to attract high-quality leads.
• Oversee daily CRM operations (Salesforce), including lead routing, data management, segmentation, and campaign tracking to guarantee accurate reporting and effective execution.
• Proven experience in establishing a new lead generation ecosystem utilizing innovative technology that led to a notable increase in high-quality leads and revenue growth.
• Extensive background in Growth, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations within dynamic, high-achieving environments.
• Mandatory experience in B2B technology or SaaS, with a solid understanding of complex buying journeys, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industries is appreciated but not required.
• Preference for candidates with experience in private equity-backed or high-growth settings.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English.
